Following new business relationships in 2016, Managing Director Markus Zulechner took the opportunity to build on this foundation and expand Cegeka Austria’s ERP portfolio.
After moving to a brand-new location and synergizing with the global Cegeka Group in 2015, Cegeka Austria was much better positioned to serve its customers more closely than ever in 2016. The company surpassed all of its targets regarding revenue and budget, taking the ERP successes of 2015 to new heights in specialized market branches. A long-term partnership with Sana Commerce involving an integrated web portal was also continued – four projects were completed using this solution, and the Cegeka Austria team will continue to focus on selling and implementing it.
“Our 2016 project with Zeta Biopharma GmbH didn’t just exceed expectations – it was also completed on time and on budget. We’re confident that this major success will lead to future contracts involving this new offering,” Markus says.
As Microsoft Dynamics 365 will debut in 2017, Cegeka Austria will add the solution to its portfolio in order to serve the local market, hiring new talent to support this growth. “This small business application solution will allow our clients to choose whether to locate their solution on their own infrastructure or on Azure. Even more, they can purchase it or rent it on a monthly basis, as part of our ambition to expand our offering.”Deep expertise makes transparency crucial
The focus on ERP solutions means that the focus is firmly on the process side instead of at the cutting edge of digital innovation. “This means that we must collaborate very closely with our clients regarding their people and their processes, versus being heavily focused on the technical side,” Markus explains.
“Our customers choose us because we are honest, warm and transparent. We’re not selling a project; we’re committed to overcoming obstacles alongside our clients in the long term. Being open and respectful makes the difference in the Austrian market.”
