Our Professional Services business unit experienced a 30% turnover increase in 2019. This was due to a number of successes in large-sized framework contracts on the one hand, and organic growth in our existing installed base of customers on the other.

2019 saw a significant increase in the number of Artificial Intelligence activities and Atlassian projects, further positioning NSI as a major player on the Belgian French-speaking market and in Luxemburg. Continuing its expansion, NSI has more than 700 collaborators, with a revenue of EUR 88 million, an increase of 14% compared to 2018.
All the traditional activities (Application Development, ERP, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and Professional Services) have performed in line with or above expectations.
Our expertise has been recognized by major players, who have granted us top-level partnerships. NSI is now a Lenovo Platinum Partner, a Sophos Platinum Partner and a Fortinet Gold Partner. These certificates, of which we are very proud, are a recognition of the first-rate skills of dedicated people in domains such as security and infrastructure.
In 2019, our portfolio has expanded to include Artificial Intelligence solutions. We maintained our leading position for Atlassian collaboration software, and were able to build upon our expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution range, all of which support our customers in their digital transformation journey.
Milestones
NSI was propelled to the status of Atlassian Platinum Partner, as sole Belgian French-speaking partner. To date, we have a team of 20+ highly qualified consultants.
In 2019, we gained a competitive advantage by stepping up our Artificial Intelligence activities. The AI business unit – which is under continuous development - is gaining momentum with the delivery of a number of projects in the manufacturing industry.
